“But you’re a personal trainer? You should love the gym and eating clean…”
Absolutely not!
I challenge you to find a person anywhere who has a bigger appetite and can eat more than me
And I’m also fairly certain I’m allergic to cardio (that’s a thing right?).
Simply put, in todays fitness industry, I’m like a fish out of water.
I’m pretty sure this isn’t the first diet or workout program you’ve come across.
I’m also pretty certain that the ones you’ve tried in the past have failed. Otherwise you wouldn’t be here right?
Maybe you’ve lost some weight under a really strict, restrictive diet but then put it all back on and then some afterwards?
Maybe you didn’t even lose any weight as it was too difficult to even stick to.
The problem here lies in the fact that the people creating these programs are ‘fitness people’. They’re happy spending hours and hours in the gym, cutting out food groups, eating the same bland meals day after day.
They have no social life… Fitness is their life!

I am passionate about living a life of true happiness. Above all else that is what drives me.
And I’m a firm believer that not being body conscious and loving the skin you’re in plays a huge part in that.

The sad reality is though… that it often does
Not having dinner with your family, missing nights out with friends or avoiding big social events altogether
All because you’re on a diet.
This to me is completely insane simply because it doesn’t have to be that way!
Our approach is not groundbreaking.

In no other industry are there so many self-proclaimed experts with no qualifications or experience actually training people.
All you need these days are an instagram account, good genetics and a well lit beach picture and you now call yourself a “FitPro”

Everyone has their own method but in that lies the problem.
The method is irrelevant. It’s the principle that matters!
What does this mean? Well let’s use weight loss as an example.
In order to lose weight, you need to eat less calories than your body burns. This creates what we call a calorie deficit.
This is the principle of weight loss. The absolute only way to lose weight is to apply this principle.
Yet how many times have you heard any of the following:
“You have to cut carbs”
“You can’t eat late at night”
“You have to eat clean, healthy foods”
“You have to eat little meals throughout the day”
So do these work? Sure…Providing you’re in a calorie deficit!
If you’re not in a calorie deficit then all of the stress that comes with those methods are for nothing and you’ll just be spinning your wheels
So many diets and workouts out there are so much harder than they need to be
