I’m Cav, the founder of Unity and not like most personal trainers. I don’t live and breath fitness, spending hours in the gym, eating out of tupperware. I’m a massive foodie who loves to socialise with friends. Basically, I’m a normal guy.


I got into the fitness industry to help people live healthier and happier lives in a body they are proud of. I wanted to give back control to those who felt helpless and trapped in their own skin. What I found was that transforming your body required restriction and sacrifice making people feel more trapped than ever. This may work for the fit-fanatics out there but what about normal people like us?


I’ve spent the last 8 years challenging the norms to build a model that allows normal people to get amazing results, with as little work and sacrifice as possible. You get back the time and freedom to spend it on the things you enjoy doing most, whilst still getting the body you feel confident in.

This is the key to long term results that aren't affected by dinner out with the family or a night out with friends. We make the process as easy as possible. You won’t be spending hours a week in the gym or removing all the foods you love from your diet. If it’s not essential to getting you results then you don’t have to do it.
