As I said, we’re here to hold your hand as much or as little as you need. Each week you complete your check-in form to allow us to make any adjustments needed to better your results or simply to give you a pat on the back well done. We stay on top of things to make sure you’re doing the very best you can.

Round The Clock Support

Too often a personal trainer is only available for that hour session in the gym. There’s 24 hours in a day, not 1. Your coach is only a message away to help you with any questions you may have. “What should I have off this menu?”, “Am I doing this exercise right?”, whatever the question, we’re readily available to help.
